Orders over £100 inc VAT have free shipping unless otherwise specified.
Orders under £100 inc VAT may have delivery charges as detailed on checkout, some products have promotions on them offering free shipping
Small orders placed within the UK mainland are shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class and should arrive within 2-4 working days. If the parcel does not arrive within this time, please double check with your local sorting office in case they are holding it there for you. Royal Mail do not class an item as missing until 15 working days have passed, and so replacements for undelivered items will not be possible until after this time.
Larger orders will be shipped by courier, and should arrive within 2-3 working days or dispatch. Please note, our couriers do not deliver on Saturdays.
We deliver across the UK, however certain areas fall outside UK Mainland, and so are subject to different shipping charges.

Royal Mail deliveries to these locations will take 3-4 working days for delivery.
Larger parcels will be sent by DHL or FedEx and should arrive within 2-3 working days.
Our website is setup for UK domestic shipping, however we can ship worldwide. If you would like to have an item shipped internationally, please get in touch for more information.
All parcels that are being sent to Western Europe will be done so via APC and so are all traceable. Please note that our shipping charges do not allow for any charges levied by customs in the destination country, nor do we accept responsibility for paying such charges.
All parcels sent to the rest of the world are sent by a courier to ensure that the parcels are fully tracked. Please note, that whilst we have made every effort to make sure our shipping charges are accurate, occasionally the amount charged may be insufficient. If this is the case, you will be given the chance to either pay the additional, or alternatively we can cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Once your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email advising you of this with information on who will be delivering your order.
